How We Transport Our Puppies
Before any travel, your puppy undergoes a full health check by our licensed veterinarian, including a fecal exam to ensure they are free of worms or parasites. Once your reservation deposit is received, we schedule your puppy’s flight and provide a detailed itinerary, including:

Delivery and contact information
On the day of travel, a licensed pet delivery service will pick up your puppy from our facility and prepare them for departure. Once your puppy is checked in at the airport and all paperwork is finalized, you’ll receive real-time updates via email and phone from the delivery team.
You can also track your puppy’s journey online using the tracking number provided after flight confirmation.
Typical delivery time: Puppies usually fly out in the morning and are delivered later that same day, or by the following morning if scheduled on an early flight.
Important Note: Initial Veterinary Check
Upon receiving your puppy, please take them to a licensed veterinarian within 7 days. This checkup is essential to confirm your puppy’s health and maintain the validity of our refund and health guarantee policy.
How Quickly Will I Receive My Puppy?
If your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and has the required medical clearance, delivery typically occurs within 6–8 hours of flight time, either on the same day or the following morning.
Note: We require at least 2 hours to book the airline ticket to secure the best fare and routing. Your patience is appreciated.
Summer Transportation Policy
During hot weather, airlines may place heat restrictions on pet cargo. To ensure your puppy’s safety, we offer personal delivery via flight nanny during the summer. A trained team member will accompany your Saint Bernard in-cabin, flying with them in a soft-sided, airline-approved carrier and personally delivering them to your nearest major airport.

Puppies are always flown in the pet-designated, temperature-controlled area of the aircraft.
